For the more energetic, the challenging climb of Mount Kinabalu on this escorted tour will stay in your memory for years to come. Although demanding at times, this exhilarating climb is rewarded with some amazing and unforgettable views.
Day 1 Kota Kinabalu/Mount Kinabalu: After a morning transfer from your hotel, embark on the demanding climb up the magnificent Mount Kinabalu. Trek up through Upper Montane Forest towards your very basic overnight resthouse accommodation located 11,000ft above sea level.
Day 2 Mount Kinabalu/Kota Kinabalu: Depart from your accommodation in the very early hours and continue the conquest to the summit (13,455ft) to witness the amazing sunrise, an aweinspiring experience. Soon after, begin the slow trek back and onward transfer to your Kota Kinabalu hotel.
