The FDCO are advising against all but essential travel to the UAE and Qatar.
We are closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and our Emergency Team are in place, working around the clock to assist all of our affected clients in resort and/or due to imminently travel to or via these areas. Our first priority is all clients currently in affected resorts, and then those due to travel on a rolling 72 hour basis (including those transiting through the Middle East). Due to the scale of affected bookings, we are having to work in strict date priority order, and have deployed our full Emergency Team who working through all bookings as quickly as possible. We are understandably experiencing an extremely high volume of calls at this time, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding if you are having any difficulty getting through to us, as we try to assist everyone as quickly as possible.

If you are due to travel up to and including 27th March:
To the UAE or Qatar as your final destination
If you are due to travel to the UAE or Qatar up to and including 27th March as your 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, you are entitled to a full refund. If you would like us to rearrange your holiday for a later date, or to a different destination, our Travel Experts Team will be happy to be do so and we can transfer the full money across to the new booking.
To another destination via the Middle East
For customers due to depart up to and including 27th March transiting via Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha to an onward unaffected destination, we can and will explore alternative flight options via other routes wherever possible for you and/or you have the option to amend your holiday departure date to later this year or next year free of charge. If we are unable to do this, you are entitled to a full refund which will be processed within 7 days.

We strongly advise that everyone follows the most up-to-date travel advice from the UK Foreign Office and for anyone in resort that you register your presence to receive alerts and updates. You can access official guidance via the FCDO website:

It is also essential that you register your details in the Manage My Booking section of the airline’s website, as airlines may contact you directly regarding alternative repatriation flights.
A limited number of flights are now beginning to depart from the Middle East, and we are actively working with carriers to secure seats for affected customers on these services. Customers should closely monitor airline apps and communications, as flight confirmations may be issued at short notice.
Customers due to Travel after 27th March
If your journey involves travel to or transiting through the Middle East on your way to another destination departing after 27th March, please do not contact us at this time. We will be in contact with you 72 hours prior to departure to support you and advise your options.
