Premier Holidays Peaks Prizes – Terms & Conditions

Overview

Confirm bookings with Premier Holidays in January, February and March 2026 and be entered into a competition for the chance to win one of 12 tailor-made long-haul holidays or one of 2 short-haul holidays (14 prizes in total).

Winners will be drawn monthly across January, February and March.
The more bookings you make, the more chances you have to win. Channel Islands and UK Holidays booked will count for the short haul incentive and any of Premier Holidays long haul destinations will count for long haul incentive.

How to Enter

Every booking you confirm with Premier Holidays between 17 December 25 and 31 March 2026 will qualify as entries into the prize draw, subject to registration via the competition form:

Entries are awarded as follows:

·       1 confirmed booking = 1 entry

·       Bookings for featured prize destinations = 2 entries

·       Bookings with a total value exceeding £5,000 = 5 entries for Channel Islands & UK Holidays

·       Bookings with a total value exceeding £10,000 = 5 entries for long haul destinations

Entries will only be valid where bookings are correctly submitted via the entry form.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK-based travel agents aged 18 years or over.

Bookings must be confirmed with Premier Holidays within the Competition Period to be eligible.

Competition Period

The competition opens at  11:00 AM on 17 December 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 31 March 2026 (the “Competition Period”).
All times are GMT.

Only bookings confirmed during this period will be eligible. Any bookings confirmed outside of the Competition Period will not qualify for entry.

Monthly Prize Draws & Winner Selection

Prizes will be drawn monthly across January, February and March 2026, in an order determined by Premier Holidays.

All 14 winners will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted using the details provided via the entry form by the relevant Premier Holidays Business Development Manager (BDM) or by email.

Winners will have 14 days from the date of contact to formally accept their prize.
If a winner does not confirm acceptance within this period, or is unable to take up the prize, Premier Holidays reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

Entry Opt-Out

Participation is automatic upon submission of the entry form.

Prizes

Full prize details — including duration, blackout dates and any limitations — will be published and added to these Terms & Conditions prior to the first prize draw.

All travel is subject to Premier Holidays’ standard booking terms and conditions, available on request via sales@premierholidays.co.uk

Prize Conditions

·       There is no cash alternative to the prize, in whole or in part.

·       The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

·       Premier Holidays accepts no responsibility if a winner is unable to take up the prize once awarded.

·       Blackout dates over Easter, Christmas and New Year will apply.

Premier Holidays reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or substitute the promotion or prizes (with prizes of equal value) if circumstances outside their control make this unavoidable.

Additional Costs

Any additional costs resulting from amendments made after booking confirmation, including name changes or itinerary adjustments, will be at the winner’s expense.

Winners are responsible for making their own way to applicable departure points and must arrive in time for all standard airline or operator check-in procedures.

Exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include:

·       Travel insurance

·       Passport or visa costs

·       Meals and beverages

·       Taxes or surcharges not included in the awarded flight ticket

·       Ground transportation or transfers

·       Excursions

·       Personal spending money

·       Any other costs of a personal nature

All such costs remain the sole responsibility of the winner.

Booking and Commission

The prize must be booked as a direct consumer booking with Premier Holidays and not via the winner’s travel agency.
The prize booking will not qualify for any agency commission.

Liability

Premier Holidays accepts no responsibility for:

·       Incorrect or incomplete entry information submitted by entrants

·       Technical failures or interruptions related to the submission process

·       Lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries

Premier Holidays shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in this competition or the enjoyment of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

General

All entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Premier Holidays reserves the right to exclude any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who is suspected of fraudulent or improper activity.

The decision of Premier Holidays is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
