Day 1: Travel by air or sea to Guernsey. On arrival make your way to your hotel.

Days 2-4 Guernsey: Three full days to discover the main delights of Guernsey, which while just a small island packs in many enticements. Take time to wander around the quaint, cobble streets of the capital St Peter Port, considered one of Europe’s prettiest harbour towns. Explore Castle Cornet, beautiful Candie Gardens and Hauteville House, which was the former home of French writer, Victor Hugo.

Day 5 Guernsey/Alderney: Make your way to airport for your short 20 minute flight across to Alderney, the northernmost Channel Island. On arrival, make your way to your hotel.

Days 6-7 Alderney: Two full days to explore the warm and welcoming surroundings of Alderney. It’s rich in natural heritage with thousands of wild flowers, tranquil green spaces and home to remarkable birds such as gannets, puffins, guillemots and peregrines. The beaches too are pretty exceptional, with those on the north and east having miles of soft golden sands and sheltered crescent bays, all ideal for a stroll or paddle.

Day 8 Alderney/Guernsey/mainland UK: Return by air to Guernsey and continue with your onward journey by air or sea.
