Day 1 Melbourne & Victoria
Depart Melbourne early this morning for the stunning scenery of the Great Ocean Road. Along the way you will visit pristine surf beaches and quaint seaside townships overlooking the Southern Ocean. Highlights include the sight of the iconic Twelve Apostles, a series of towering rock formations, and learning about the tragic tales of the shipwreck coast. Visit the hidden beach of Loch Ard Gorge, which is sure to mesmerise you with its beauty, and stop along the way to search for native wildlife during a short guided walk.
You will also discover some of the world's tallest trees as you explore the ancient and beautiful rainforest of the Great Otway National Park. The day's touring concludes at your overnight stop in Halls Gap, which is surrounded by bushland and stunning mountain landscapes.
Day 2 Melbourne
Wake to amazing views and maybe even spot a kangaroo amidst the rugged wilderness. The day's explorations take you into the heart of the Grampians National Park, one of the world's oldest and most spectacular mountain ranges, rich in Aboriginal history and cultural significance surrounded by an abundance of Australian wildlife and seriously breathtaking scenery. Enjoy bushland hiking trails, with some of the best lookout views in the park, and waterfalls that are sure to leave a lasting impression. Return to Melbourne and arrive early evening.
