Day 1 Hunter Valley & Sydney
Make your way to Sydney’s Central Station where you board the Wine Train for a scenic three hour journey through picturesque landscapes. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to the hotel. After settling in, find out all you need to know about winemaking during a 15 minute visual presentation at the Hunter Wine Theatre, followed by a wine tutorial with the Cellarmaster featuring a curated selection of fine wines. The rest of the day is yours to relax.
Day 2 Hunter Valley
After breakfast, embark on a vineyard inspection and wine tasting with the Cellarmaster. How you spend the rest of the day is up to you! Optional activities (all at extra expense) include hiring e-bikes, archery, segway tours, horse riding or horse & carriage tours. Nearby, you’ll also find a variety of cellar doors, as well as an enticing array of restaurants showcasing local produce and wines.
Day 3 Hunter Valley
The morning is yours to try out more activities or simply relax amidst the glorious scenery. This afternoon, transfer to the station for the return train journey to Sydney.
