The city's most famous landmark is the CN Tower, which can be seen from almost everywhere in the city. Appreciate it from the ground, or take a trip up to one of the observation areas for fabulous views. If you're culturally inclined, why not browse the exhibits at the Royal Ontario Museum or Art Gallery of Ontario.
If you like to shop, head for St Lawrence Market or the Eaton Centre, and we also highly recommend a wander around the restored Distillery District.
Day 3 Kingston
Collect your car and head east alongside Lake Ontario for Kingston, an historic city offering something old and new around every corner. You may wish to visit 19th century Fort Henry or simply soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the downtown core (162 miles).

Other places to add to your itinerary include lively ByWard Market, the Peace Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral and Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
