Isle of Man Golf Holidays

On arrival you will be met and transferred to the Comis Hotel & Golf Resort (by sea only). Depending on your arrival time, why wait until day two to get started, as the course is right on your doorstep and an afternoon round is a fine way to shake off the journey (this can be arranged in advance to make it part of your first day). It’s a 200-acre resort-style course with rolling hills, generous fairways and water hazards.

Transfer south to Castletown, the jewel in the island’s golfing crown. Set on the dramatic Langness Peninsula with the Irish Sea on three sides, Castletown Golf Links is a genuine championship links course offering classic windswept, fast running links play. After your round, you may wish to take a short walk into the town centre where you can take a look at Castle Rushen before you are transferred back to your hotel.

Travel west to Peel, one of the island’s most atmospheric towns. Peel Golf Club sits on elevated ground above the town with sweeping views across the west coast. An authentic woodland parkland course, it’s a very different test from Castletown, with tighter fairways and moorland character. Peel itself is a fine place to spend an afternoon after your round. See the ruins of Peel Castle, the town’s working harbour or check out the numerous independent pubs and cafés for a late lunch. Later, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

For those with afternoon or evening sailings, why not book a final round of golf at the Comis, or alternatively, take advantage of the driving range, or relax at the hotel’s pool. After checking out, you will be transferred to the port for your onward journey.
