The Moorings Hotel

This family-run hotel and bistro sits proudly at the heart of Gorey Pier, looking out at the beach beyond and crowned by the iconic Mont Orgueil. Each of the inviting guest rooms feature natural colours and fabrics as well as exotic prints by a local artist, with a choice of views over the harbour or the impressive castle at the back. The Moorings boasts a Michelin listed restaurant, a bar (with a roaring fire in the winter months) and “Maddie’s”, a breakfast destination for residents and locals. Maddie’s also offers light lunches, before turning seamlessly into a cocktail and sourdough pizza bar in the evenings! In the summer, there’s nothing quite like The Moorings Terrace.
