Our suggested itinerary is a starting point
We're specialists in tailor-made holidays, where we can adapt each itinerary to suit your requirements
Day 1 Travel by air to Jersey
On arrival make your own way to your hotel. Maybe stretch your legs wandering around St Helier, perhaps stopping for dinner or drinks at one of the many eateries.
Days 2-3
Explore at your leisure. Top attractions you’ll want to see include Mont Orgueil Castle, Elizabeth Castle, Corbière Lighthouse, the Jersey War Tunnels and La Mare Vineyards. Of course you may simply prefer to hire a bike or hop on a local bus and explore some of its charming villages, gorgeous beaches and tranquil country lanes.
Day 4 Jersey/Guernsey
Make your way to the port for the hour long sea crossing to Guernsey. On arrival make your way to your hotel.
Days 5-6
Along with its celebrated coastline of beaches, bays and coves, Guernsey has plenty to fill your days. Perhaps visit Castle Cornet in time for the noon-day gun firing, uncover wartime history at the German Occupation Museum or visit Hauteville House to learn of Victor Hugo’s time on the island during his exile.
Day 7 Guernsey/Sark
Make your way to the Inter Island Quay and board a ferry for the 50 minute sailing across to Sark, a car-free island offering a unique escape. Make your way on foot to your hotel.
Day 8 Sark
Hire a bike and get out in the lanes to see Sark’s unspoilt landscape. On your travels you may see the occasional tractor or a horse-drawn carriage and you’ll find many places dotted about for an afternoon tea. Sark is also the world’s first Dark Sky Island, and with no public lighting in the lanes, there’s little light pollution, so gaze upwards and look out for the Milky Way.
Day 9 Sark/Herm
Take a return ferry to Guernsey and then board another for a short 20 minute hop across to Herm. As you travel across the perfectly-blue water you may be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins. Herm is another car-free island, so make your way on foot to your hotel.
Day 10 Herm
Maybe while away an hour or so on one of the unspoilt beaches that frame the island, such as the pure white Shell Beach. Perhaps hire a kayak and get out on the water or enjoy a stroll along one of the picturesque cliff paths before deciding where to dine.
Day 11 Herm/Guernsey/Mainland UK
Take the return ferry back to Guernsey’s Inter Island Quay. From here, make your way to the airport for your onward journey. Alternatively, why not extend your stay in Guernsey? Please ask for prices.
