Day 1 KL
Drive for about three hours to Labu Sentral Jetty where you will board a covered wooden longboat and travel up-river on a fascinating journey to the resort where you arrive late afternoon. After dinner, you have the option to join the night jungle walk during which you will enjoy an orchestra of jungle noises from cicades, night insects and other animals.
Day 2 Taman Negara
Subject to weather conditions, venture into the nearby forest for a gentle trek through the riverine, lowland and mixed dipterocarp forest to reach Teresik Hill, from where you can view Mount Tahan, the highest mountain in Peninsula Malaysia. Try a balancing act on the canopy walk whilst enjoying the aerial view of the beautiful rainforest. This afternoon, proceed to Lata Berkoh by boat, where you can soak in the cool water pools and cascading waterfalls.
Day 3 Taman Negara
Morning at leisure. This afternoon board a boat for a five minute ride across to the opposite side of the river and then travel onwards by road to KL. Alternatively, why not extend your tour and stay an extra night in the rainforest?
