Day 1 Te Anau or Queenstown
Transfer to Manapouri for a 50 minute scenic cruise across Lake Manapouri to West Arm. A coach then takes you over Wilmot Pass for your first breathtaking view of Doubtful Sound. At Deep Cove, board your cruise vessel and start your voyage through some of New Zealand's most stunning scenery. Later, after dropping anchor in a sheltered cove, you can choose to explore the shoreline by kayak or tender boat, or simply relax onboard and keep watch for marine mammals whilst savouring the spectacular scenery.
Later, feast on dinner and, if the skies are clear, spend some time gazing at the stars.
Day 2 Doubtful Sound
After breakfast, explore the other arms of the fiord before cruising back to Deep Cove. Disembark for the return journey back to Te Anau or Queenstown.
