Our suggested itinerary is a starting point
We're specialists in tailor-made holidays, where we can adapt each itinerary to suit your requirements
Day 1 Cape Town
On arrival you will be met and transferred to your centrally situated hotel.
Days 2-3 Cape Town
Explore as you wish. Must-see’s include the iconic Table Mountain, Robben Island (advance booking required), the bustling V&A Waterfront and delightful Camps Bay.
Day 4 Cape Town
Collect your hire car and drive east to the scenic Winelands and the beautiful town of Stellenbosch. Lying between the Simonsberg and Papegaaiberg Mountains, Stellenbosch's historic town centre features oak-shaded streets lined with a fantastic selection of cafes, boutiques and art galleries. Discover also Cape Dutch architecture and award-winning wine estates.
Day 5 Stellenbosch
Get out and about to discover the many delights of Stellenbosch. Perhaps hire a bike and set off along the town's wine route, where you will find some 100 estates open to the public. Be sure to stop and try some of the wines and perhaps dine in one of the many enticing restaurants. If cycling sounds too much like hard work, buy a ticket for the Vine Hopper which offers three routes each visiting five or six wine estates per day. Art lovers may wish to pop into the Rupert Museum or browse the array of galleries within the town.
Day 6 Hermanus
Continue eastwards to the small costal town of Hermanus, where breathtaking scenery and a bewitching array of experiences await you.
Day 7 Hermanus
Stretched along a narrow ribbon of land betwixt towering mountains and a spectacular shoreline, Hermanus is surrounded by nature in her grandest style. It has become synonymous with shore-based whale watching (particularly from June to November), as these mighty marine mammals use the sheltered cove to mate and calve. Those with a thirst for adventure can try their hand at paragliding, kayaking and more, plus there are shops, markets and museums to explore.
Day 8 Cape Town
Return to Cape Town airport where your tour concludes.
