Day 1 Johannesburg & Pretoria
Morning departure from Johannesburg and drive east towards Kruger National Park. After checking-in, spend the afternoon game viewing in your closed touring vehicle. The park offers some of the best game viewing and wildlife opportunities in the world and you will no doubt appreciate the challenges of managing this unique reserve. Return to the lodge and enjoy a boma dinner around a cosy campfire.
Day 2 Kruger National Park
Begin with a thrilling early morning guided game drive on an open vehicle through Kruger National Park with pre-packed breakfast. Your guide will endeavour to spoil you with sightings of the 'Big Five', general game and prolific bird life. There is an option to learn more about Kruger Park Anti-Poaching Dog Unit as part of a Make Travel Matter Experience, with monies from the trip helping care for the dogs (at extra expense).
Return to the lodge for a short siesta before a further late afternoon game drive, this time in a closed touring vehicle (optional open vehicle game drives are available at extra expense).
Day 3 Mpumalanga
Full day touring the magnificent Panorama Route, one of the region's most scenic routes with glorious views, spectacular landscapes and exquisite waterfalls. Visit majestic sights including God's Window, the Three Rondavels and Blyde River Canyon. Continue to Bourke's Luck Potholes and the charming village of Graskop, one of the first gold mining camps in the country. Optional open vehicle game drives are available, should you prefer not to join the Panorama Route tour (at extra expense).
Return to the lodge for a boma dinner under the starlit sky.
Day 4 Kruger National Park
Morning departure to Johannesburg where your tour concludes.
