Days 1-3 New Orleans
Pick up your hire car and immerse yourself in the charm and excitement of New Orleans, one of America’s most unique cities, and take in its French flavour and grandeur. You may wish to start the day with an optional visit to a working plantation (at extra expense) or, if you prefer, simply explore the French Quarter. Make sure to snap a picture of the trademark wrought iron balconies overlooking the narrow cobblestone streets.
Taste its famous cuisine with iconic dishes like beignets, gumbo, and po’boys as you explore the rich Creole, Cajun, and global flavours that define this legendary food city.
Days 4-8 Pensacola
Florida’s panhandle lies in the state’s northwest. Pensacola is renowned for beautiful sugar sand beaches, outdoor adventure and family fun. Explore the Historic Pensacola Village with its charming architecture, variety of shopping and beautifully preserved stories of Florida’s past. Spend your days museum-hopping, kayaking or paddleboarding in the bay or at a waterfront table or an open-air concert. Pensacola is proud to be the home of the world-famous U.S. Navy Blue Angels, making it a must-visit destination for aviation enthusiasts.
Day 9 Depart
Drop off your hire car and head to the airport for your homeward flight.
