Day 1: Fly to Singapore.

Day 2 Singapore: On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free.

Day 3 Singapore/Cruise: At leisure before you are transferred to the port to board the Silversea Silver Spirit.

Day 4 At sea: Take the opportunity to top up your tan by the pool or, perhaps indulge at Zagara Beauty Spa.

Day 5 Koh Kood, Thailand: Once the realm of the backpacker and the bohemian, Koh Kood (also known as Ko Kut, entices with untouched beaches, deep mangrove forest and warm, crystalline seas. Venture further afield and get to know the island by bike or longtail boat, hike up the trio of waterfalls or maybe visit a working fishing village.

Days 6-7 Bangkok (Laem Chabang), Thailand: The Thai capital is a mesmerising city with some of the country’s most beautiful temples and shrines. There are also famous markets and fantastic air-conditioned malls for those who like to shop. You may also be tempted with an excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ayutthaya.

Day 8 At sea: Spend time at Tor’s Observation Library, a quiet space for reading and reflection while being dazzled by the undulating seascapes.

Days 9-11 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam: A supercharged city of sensory overload, Ho Chi Minh City is still referred to as Saigon and is full of surprises. The madness of the city’s traffic is countered by tranquil pagodas, peaceful parks, quirky coffee shops and whole neighbourhoods hidden down tiny alleyways. Optional excursions are available to the nearby Cu Chi Tunnels or the Mekong Delta.

Day 12 At sea: Retreat to the pool deck and laze atop a chaise longue in the sun or shade. Alternatively, the wellequipped fitness centre helps you keep in shape.

Days 13-14 Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam: Hue, bisected by the Perfume River and lying in the foothills of the Annamite Mountains, stands as a reminder of Vietnam’s imperial past. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this monument-speckled former capital is a delight to explore. At Danang, admire the majestic beauty of the Marble Mountains and enjoy time to laze on the beach.

Day 15 Halong Bay, Vietnam: No visit to Vietnam is complete without a trip to Halong Bay, where placid waters give way to over 3,000 limestone karsts that jut from the lagoons. Dotting the bay are tiny islands bordered by white sandy coves and hidden caves, adding to the spectacular landscape. Beyond its geological uniqueness are activities like hiking, kayaking, rock climbing or exploring floating villages.

Day 16 At sea: There is a wealth of luxury shopping experiences with distinctive and appealing brands from across the globe.

Day 17 Cruise/Hong Kong: After disembarking you are transferred to your hotel and the remainder of the day is at leisure. Step out and take a ride on the Star Ferry, browse an atmospheric market and don’t miss the Symphony of Lights show in the evening.

Day 18 Hong Kong: Transfer to the airport for your onward journey. Alternatively, why not extend your stay?

Accommodation: 1 night before your cruise at Marina Mandarin, Singapore; 14nights in a vista suite aboard Silver Spirit; and 1 night after your cruise at The Langham, Hong Kong.
