Day 1: Fly to Muscat.
Day 2 Muscat, Oman: On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in this captivating city.
Days 3-4 Muscat, Oman: Infused with energy and picturesque charm Muscat’s streets are packed with craft stalls, shops and ancient forts. Spend the day discovering impressive sights such as the Grand Mosque and Nakhi Fort, or head to bustling Muttrah Souq, which is always a hive of activity.
Day 5 Muscat/Cruise: Morning at leisure to relax before an afternoon transfer to the port to board Silver Muse.
Days 6-7 At sea: The pool deck is the place to cool off, unwind and enjoy the sunshine, while your pool attendant anticipates your every whim. At Tor’s Observation Library find a quiet space for reading, the gym offers state of the art equipment and the spa is an inviting sanctuary of pure bliss.
Day 8 Mumbai, India: This city of extremes encapsulates all the dynamic, chaotic parts that make up modern India. Sights not to be missed include the Gateway of India, the fascinating Prince of Wales Museum, the Jain Temple and picturesque Marine Drive.
Day 9 At sea: A full day at sea to spend as you choose.
Day 10 Cochin, India: See the Dutch Palace, the magnificently decorated Jewish Synagogue and the Church of St Francis. Do also watch out for the famous Chinese fishing nets which are distinctly unique to Cochin.
Day 11 Colombo, Sri Lanka: Morning at sea before reaching the Sri Lankan capital. Along with good museums, parks and beautiful Buddhist temples all worth visiting, the beach resort of Mt Lavinia is only a short taxi ride away.
Days 12-14 At sea: Three full days to soak up the vistas.
Day 15 Yangon, Myanmar (Burma): The ship reaches Yangon late this afternoon. Formerly known as Rangoon, the city is noted for its religious sites and rich colonial architecture from when it was under British rule.
Day 16 Yangon, Myanmar (Burma): Perhaps visit the imposing golden Shwedagon Pagoda or the Botataung Pagoda which resides on Yangon’s waterfront. Other highlights include Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda, Sule Pagoda, the Chinatown area and Bogyoke Market.
Day 17 Yangon, Myanmar (Burma): Further time to explore before the ship departs in the early afternoon.
Day 18 At sea: Relax poolside or treat yourself at the spa.
Day 19 Phuket, Thailand: This vibrant island on the Thai west coast is home to majestic mountains, rainforests and pristine beaches. Optional excursions are available and include a speedboat ride to Phang Nga Bay National Park.
Day 20 Langkawi, Malaysia: Discover long, sandy beaches and a peaceful interior of paddy fields and small, traditional villages. Attractions include a cable car and SkyBridge, a large aquarium and national park.
Day 21 Port Klang (Kuala Lumpur), Malaysia: The Malaysian capital intrigues with its diversity and multicultural character. The old quarter features stretches of shop houses that hint at its colonial past, while modern buildings, including the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, show its modern ambitions.
Day 22 Singapore: Disembark this morning and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to see attractions such as the Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Little India.
Day 23 Singapore: Transfer to the airport for your onward journey. Alternatively, why not extend your stay?
