Nusa Dua Holidays

Nusa Dua, on Bali's southern tip, is the modern side of Bali. Built in the 1970s, Nusa Dua was designed to compete with international beach resorts around the world and has a dream-like tropical paradise feeling about it. The resort is quiet and exclusive with a beautiful beach, immaculate palm gardens, deluxe facilities and a relaxed ambience.

The crystal clear shallow waters and the pearly soft white sandy beaches surrounding Nusa Dua make it a perfect place for all members of the family to relax and rejuvenate. With wide boulevards and manicured gardens, the myriad of luxury hotels and resorts, built no higher than the coconut trees, ensure every comfort and indulgence is at your disposal. For those keen to be active a variety of watersports are available from the beach or perhaps opt for one of the exclusive golf courses. However, if you are in need of pampering, the spas in Nusa Dua are quite simply sublime.

When it comes to shopping in Nusa Dua, look no further than the huge open air Bali Collection Mall, which features traditional handicrafts and souvenirs along with international fashions, a department store, supermarket and a choice of dining options. However, in Nusa Dua most of the best restaurants and bars are found within the hotels with sunset cocktails and beachfront dining venues the norm.

Best time to go

While April to October is considered the best time, there is never a bad time to travel to Bali, as it’s generally warm throughout the year. Although more rain tends to fall from November to March, it’s usually a short, tropical downpour.
