Hong Kong 1 night

Day 1: Fly to Singapore.

Day 2 Singapore: On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 3 Singapore/Cruise: Morning at leisure to amble along Orchard Road, take a spin on the Singapore Flyer or soak up the atmosphere of Little India and Chinatown. Later, transfer to the port for embarkation.

Day 4 Singapore: The ship remains docked in Singapore, so you have the option to return ashore for further sightseeing or shopping. Why not head over to Sentosa Island, visit the incredible Gardens by the Bay or maybe enjoy a Singapore Sling (or two) at Raffles Hotel.

Day 5 At sea: Take a dip in the thalassotherapy pool, relax in a hot tub or discover the true meaning of tranquillity at the spa.

Day 6 Ho Chi Minh City (Phu My), Vietnam: Located on the edge of the Mekong Delta, this dynamic metropolis showcases the ageless beauty of an ancient culture.

Day 7 Nha Trang, Vietnam: An indisputably beautiful city, the beach is bordered by mountains and traces a long swoop along a bay dotted with islands. Alternatives to lazing on the beach include taking a gondola ride over the sea or visiting Hai Duc and Long Son pagodas.

Day 8 At sea: Take a look at the ship’s daily programme to see what’s on. Options may include fitness classes, trivia sessions, art seminars and a variety of lectures. Later, hit the Martini Bar for amazing pre and post dinner cocktails and why not try your luck at the casino.

Day 9 Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam: Foundedby the Nguyen Dynasty in the 17th century, Hue lies on the banks of the Perfume River and is a massive openair museum of temples, pagodas and palaces. Opt for Danang and you can visit the renowned Cham Museum or enjoy some time on China Beach.

Days 10-11 At sea: Lounge by the pool whilst watching the world go by, keep yourself in trim at the fitness centre or perhaps take in a show.

Day 12 Puerto Princesa, The Philippines: The capital of Palawan Island is a fascinating landscape of caves, forests and coastline with turquoise water, white sand beaches, underground rivers and wildlife reserves. Explore the coral gardens and you may see green turtles or gentle sea cows (dugongs), alternatively jet-ski, kayak or rent a bike.

Day 13 Boracay, The Philippines: It may be small in size, but the island of Boracay is weighty in both beauty and reputation. Don’t miss picturesque White Beach.

Day 14 Manila, The Philippines: Relive Manila’s colonial Spanish days at the walled city of Intramuros, stop by the waterfront for Filipino noodles or visit the world’s oldest Chinatown that’s always a hive of activity.

Day 15 At sea: Curl up with a good book beside the pool or at the library.

Day 16 Hong Kong: Way more than just a shopping mecca, you’ll be entranced by this neon-lit mix of old and new, east and west. For priceless city views jump aboard the Star Ferry for a bargain historic ride across Victoria Harbour, or head up to Victoria Peak for views across both islands. Browse the markets, seek out the curio shops hidden amidst alleyways or try out some dim sum.

Day 17 Hong Kong: Disembark this morning and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to sightsee or shop as you please.

Day 18 Hong Kong: Transfer to the airport for your onward journey. Alternatively, why not extend your stay?
