Day 1: Depart on a daytime flight from the UK to Sydney. Day 2 Sydney: On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Day 3 Sydney: Stroll Darling Harbour, visit the Opera House and maybe climb the Harbour Bridge.
Day 4 Sydney/Cruise: Afternoon transfer to the port. Day 5 At sea: Relax at the Lawn Club, browse the glamorous shops and boutiques or recharge poolside. Day 6 Hobart: In Tasmania's capital, which sits along the Derwent River, visit Salamanca Place with its galleries and restaurants, MONA for an amazing modern art experience, or perhaps tour Mount Wellington.
Days 7-8 At sea: Try out a new activity, spend a lazy afternoon at the art gallery or library.
Day 9 Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound & Dusky Sound: Stand on deck as steep cliffs rise out of deep blue water and fur seals sunbathe on rocks. Look out also for penguins, dolphins and, if you're lucky, whales.
Day 10 Dunedin (Port Chalmers): From Port Chalmers it's just a short drive to Dunedin, regarded as New Zealand's architectural heritage capital with numerous Victorian and Edwardian buildings to see. Popular excursions include Larnach Castle or a trip aboard the Taieri Gorge Train to view the surrounding countryside.
Day 11 Akaroa: This beautiful township mixes French colonial architecture with art galleries and modern cafes. It's also home to the rare Hector's dolphin which you may see if you join a boat cruise around the harbour. At nearby Christchurch you can relax on a punt along the Avon River or admire the stunning Botanic Gardens.
Day 12 Picton: The heart of the Marlborough Sounds, this picturesque port town is home to great galleries and specialty shops. There's also a floating maritime museum and an aquarium or you may wish to tour the wineri
the region, sampling a tipple or two along the way.
Day 13 At sea: Discover a new level of tranquillity at the spa, keep in trim at the fitness centre or lounge by the pool.
Day 14 Tauranga: The coastal city of Tauranga offers exciting shopping and the golden sands of Mount Maunganui, where you can take a surf lesson. Within an hour is Rotorua, a geothermal wonderland of boiling mud pools, geysers and natural hot springs. Both Tauranga and Rotorua are rich in Maori history.
Day 15 Bay of Islands: This idyllic collection of islands is set in tranquil waters teeming with dolphins and other marine life. Key attractions include Russell, the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and the Hole in the Rock.
Day 16 Cruise/Auckland: Disembark in the City of Sails and transfer to your hotel.
Day 17 Auckland: Cultural attractions include the Auckland Museum and the Auckland Art Gallery. Visit the Sky Tower for far-reaching views, try bridge climbing or visit the summit of Mount Eden.
Day 18-19 Auckland/Kuala Lumpur: Transfer to the airport for your overnight flight to the Malaysian capital. Day 20 Kuala Lumpur: On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 21 Kuala Lumpur: A wonderful city where historic mosques and temples rub shoulders with space-age towers and shopping malls. Don't miss the Petronas Twin Towers.
Day 22 Kuala Lumpur: You will to the airport for your onward journey.
