Grand Canyon National Park 2 nights
Day 1 Las Vegas/Grand Canyon: Collect your car and leave the bright lights behind as you travel through the scenic desert to your chosen accommodation.
Day 2 Grand Canyon: Head to the Grand Canyon Visitor Centre which has lots of great resources along with expert rangers who can advise on guided tours. Of course, you can simply follow the various trails, stopping here and there to marvel at the quite incredible and totally mesmerising views. Free shuttles do operate along the rim with various stopping off points along the way, or you can hire bikes, either to explore independently or with a tour guide. For a bird’s eye view across this head-turning landscape, consider booking a helicopter tour. This evening, you’ll be whisked by Pink Jeep tours to Desert View Drive to watch the sunset over the immense canyon. This is not an area covered by the tour buses so you’ll be able to savour this spectacle without the crowds!
Day 3 Grand Canyon/Las Vegas: Rise early to view the sunrise and perhaps take another stroll along the rim before returning to Las Vegas where your tour finishes. Alternatively, travel on and see more of the West.
