Activities on land: If you prefer your activities on land rather than water, options include tennis, karting and horse riding to name but a few.
Golf: A selection of courses can be found on Guernsey including a testing short 9-hole pitch and putt course at Sausmarez Manor, or there’s a beautiful 9-hole course at St Pierre Park, while 18-hole courses include La Grande Mare Golf Club on the stunning west coast and the Royal Guernsey Golf Club at L’Ancresse Common. Families will love to tackle the challenging Pirate Bay Adventure Golf course too!
Island hopping tours: Guernsey is a great launch pad from which to visit the sister islands of Sark, Alderney and Herm. Sark is just 50 minutes boat ride from Guernsey yet feels an entire world away, with ferries operating year-round. A daily service is also available to Herm, an enchanting island just 20 minutes ferry ride away. For Alderney, flights with Aurigny are available while a ferry service is also offered daily in summer and takes about an hour.
