There are so many specialities to try including Jersey Royal potatoes and Jersey black butter (a unique autumnal concoction of harvested apples, sugar, spices, liquorice and lemons). During your stay, visit La Mare Wine Estate where excellent wine, cider and even vodka is produced!
Jersey food and drink is celebrated as much as possible. Throughout the year there are a variety of festivals and events dedicated to culinary delights, including Tennerfest which runs for six weeks (October early November) when restaurants offer special menus from just £10 and La Fais'sie d'Cidre (Cider Festival) in October.
