Excursion details - Join an exclusive opportunity to visit two private WWll fortification sites not usually open to the public. You will visit Batterie Mirus (Gun Emplacement number one), explore a labyrinthine of once-secret corridors and rooms. You then continue onto the headland of Fort Hommet, originally home to a Napoleonic Martello Tower, however this whole area was transformed and heavily fortified by the Germans during WW2. Visit a fully restored personnel bunker and also an M19 bunker at this site. Length of tour 4 hours.
