Included in your hire

Not included in your hire

Fuel, one-way rental fees, campground fees, Value Pack, Platinum Pack and optional extras.

Additional driver’s fees

Fee for additional drivers is AU$4.00 per person per day (up to a maximum of 15-day charge).

Value Pack - Optional

The Value Pack is a bundled extra which provides a reduced liability deposit (reduced to zero) and selected value-added products/services including reduced liability to overhead, underbody and awning, Windscreen and Tyre Protection (until 31 March 2026 only), Extra Driver Fees, 1 x Linen Kit Exchange, Fan/Heater, 3 x Toilet Chemicals, Camp Chairs and Picnic Table, and Baby/Booster seats (with prior request).

Platinum Pack – Optional

The Platinum Pack is a bundled extra which provides all inclusions as the Value Pack inclusions plus Windscreen and Tyre Protection, Extended Roadside Assistance, 1 x Drop and Go Pack. The minimum charge for the Platinum pack is 10 days per rental segment.

General Information

You must be aged 21 or over and hold a current full British Driving licence. Unless you have informed us otherwise, the lead name on your booking (usually the first named person) will automatically be designated as the main driver of the vehicle. If they will not be driving, you must inform us immediately so that the booking can be amended accordingly. All drivers must be present at pick-up. Your rental agreement includes Liability Insurance with an excess of AU$7,500.

Apollo 4WD inclusions may differ.

Motorhome collection

Branches are located near major airports, making pick-up and drop-off easy. Transportation to and from the airport and branch is at your own arrangements and cost. The branch opening hours vary depending on location and seasonality.
