Sydney truly has it all – from the famous icons of the harbour and an endless calendar of events to golden beaches, hidden restaurants tucked into historic laneways and vibrant, hip neighbourhoods. Just beyond the city, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains are justifiably famous. This incredible wilderness area combines dramatic landscapes with heritage hotels, charming townships, galleries and excellent dining. For wine lovers, the Hunter Valley lies just 90 minutes north of Sydney, where cellar door experiences are complemented by an equally impressive food scene.
