From the sheer variety of wildlife to epic landscapes, Tanzania is a country of many parts. Kilimanjaro National Park is one of its most visited regions – not for viewing wildlife, although there is plenty – but to gaze in awe at the snow-capped majesty of the mountain itself. At the incomparable Serengeti National Park, witness vast herds of animals grazing on the seemingly endless shimmering plains. It’s here also that an epic migration of animals in their millions, predominately wildebeest, follow the ancient rhythm of Africa’s seasons by embarking on a frenzied search for greener pastures, dodging crocodiles as they cross the river.
